SOUND HEALING THERAPY
Sound healing is the therapeutic application of sound frequencies to the body with the intention of bringing it into a state of harmony and health.
In my practice I use pure Quartz and precious Gemstone crystal singing bowls. Quartz is a mineral composed of silica and oxygen (like sand). Our body is also composed of silica and every cell in our body has a geometric crystalline structure. This is why our body resonates deeply with the frequencies of Quartz and Gemstones. Different notes from the bowls can open, heal, balance, and align your Chakras (7 major energy points in the body). It is also believed that Quartz / Gemstone crystals can balance your electromagnetic field during a singing bowl meditation.
I also utilize sacred Solfeggio-Tone aluminum tuning forks. Tuning forks target brainwave frequencies through the vestibulocochlear nerve in the ear. This nerve connects to the vagus nerve, which is a critical component of the parasympathetic nervous system. It is the longest cranial nerve, extending from the brainstem through the neck and into the chest and abdomen. Key functions include regulating the autonomic functions of the heart, lungs, and digestive tract. The vagus nerve is vital for maintaining the body's homeostasis and coordinating a wide range of physiological processes. Dysfunction in the vagus nerve can lead to various health issues, including heart arrhythmias, gastrointestinal problems, and inflammatory diseases.

Auriculotherapy Ear Seeding
A non-invasive modality in which the external surface of the ear (auricle) is stimulated to alleviate various conditions like, physical pain, emotional stress and helps to balance hormones.

AROMATHERAPY
A Gift From Earth
Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils from plants for healing. Although the word "aroma" makes it sound as if the oils are inhaled, they can also be massaged into the skin, or taken by mouth. CAUTION! Not all oils are meant to be inhaled, massaged into the skin, much less ingested! dōTERRA is the only company that produces Certified Pure Tested Grade (CPTG) essential oils, which means they are pure enough to be used therapeutically.
I formulated a special blend called "High Vibez," which contains Frankincense & Melissa (combat abuse and emotional trauma), Rosemary (combats adrenal and mental fatigue), and Lavender (aids in emotional release and is a sedative). I use it in conjunction with sound therapies to amplify the release of anger, anxiety, grief, abuse, and trauma from the body (physical and ethereal). I offer Aromatherapy & Affirmation sessions (without the use of sound therapy) if interested.
