This meditative reading and sound bath was inspired by the hardships that happen all around us. Even though we may be not directly affected by these hardships, I feel we can always help by sending some love to those that need it.

• Heart - F note, (power of love, emotion, and healing).

• 528hz - Solfeggio tone (high C note, aka "miracle tone").
