A non-invasive modality in which the external surface of the ear (auricle) is stimulated to alleviate various conditions like, physical pain, emotional stress and helps to balance hormones. It’s also a great substitute to acupuncture. I use natural Vaccaria (Wang Bu Liu Xing) seeds. The Vaccaria plant is commonly used in TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) for its healing properties: - Promote blood flow and qi to help disperse stagnation. - Anti inflammatory properties, which reduce swelling, good for conditions like arthritis, muscle pain and digestive inflammation. - Regulate the endocrine system (irregular menstruation, PMS). - Support detoxification.
