Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils from plants for healing. Although the word "aroma" makes it sound as if the oils are inhaled, they can also be massaged into the skin, or taken by mouth. CAUTION! Not all oils are meant to be inhaled, massaged into the skin, much less ingested! dōTERRA is the only company that produces Certified Pure Tested Grade (CPTG) essential oils, which means they are pure enough to be used therapeutically. If you're new to Aromatherapy and / or the use of Affirmations, this is a great way for an introduction. We will work together in developing an oil blend and the correct affirmations to help you.
