Ear Seeding🌱 + Yin 🪷

Descripción del servicio

A holistic 60-minute wellness session featuring targeted ear seeding acupressure followed by a deeply restorative Yin Yoga practice. This combination is specifically designed to soothe the nervous system and release physical and emotional tension. I use natural Vaccaria (Wang Bu Liu Xing) seeds. The Vaccaria plant is commonly used in TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) for its healing properties: - Promote blood flow and qi to help disperse stagnation. - Anti inflammatory properties, which reduce swelling, good for conditions like arthritis, muscle pain and digestive inflammation. - Regulate the endocrine system (irregular menstruation, PMS). - Support detoxification. Additional Benefits: o Improves physical and emotional health. o Manages pain, reduces stress, and balances hormonal systems. o Accessible to clients and practitioners as a simple yet effective modality. o Perfect substitute to acupuncture. 2 weeks worth of additional ear seeds will be provided for home use.
